But for me, I personally experienced that placing a simple question marks sometimes make the title more attractive and meaningful. Moreover, my personal query is that the SEO experts suggest not to use those special characters but why they suggest to use a full stop? Anyway, I use those type of symbols sometimes to make my articles or contents more meaningful and those contents are still visible to the top of the search pages of Google, Yahoo and Bing etc.
